You can negotiate with the agent you are giving the referral to what percentage of the sale you will receive as a referral fee. Typical referral fees are 25%-35% of the sales commission.
When the Referral Agent Group receives the referral fee that you negotiated you will receive 75% of that commission.

These fees do NOT go to the Referral Agent Group. We are required to collect these fees on behalf of the state and send the money to the state to process your license.
Payable at the time of signing up. This is the fee the real estate commission charges to transfer your license and change it to a referral license type. If your license is already a referral license type than the fee is only $25.
This fee is required by teh real estate commission to renew your license in June of every odd numbered year.
