NO CONTINUING EDUCATION - Full time agents must complete 12 hours of continuing education to renew their license every two years. As a referral agent you are exempt from this requirement!
NO MLS FEES - You can still earn a commission and grow your real estate referral business by placing your New Jersey real estate license with the Referral Agent Group. Your license will remain active giving you the option to transfer your license and work in a full-time capacity later.
NO BOARD DUES - As a referral agent you no longer have to belong to a board of REALTORS in order to earn a commission. Because you are in referral agent status there is no requirement for you to have board affiliation.
NO E&O INSURANCE - The referral agent is just that; you refer business to a full-time agent therefore you are not required to maintain E&O insurance.
